West Jesmond’s new arts venue The Mixer celebrates its first New Year’s Eve with an evening of comedy. Friday night’s bill at the Royal British Legion includes Seymour Pace, start of Johnny Vegas’ Ideal and John Scott, crowned Scottish comedian of the year by The Sun newspaper.
