#ToonBudget: 10 people unhappy with council cuts
A Newcastle City Council meeting to thrash out the scale of cuts to frontline services, held yesterday evening (6th March), went on late into the night and brought some tears. But now the future of funding in the region is clear: up to £100m of cuts will be implemented in the course of the coming years.
