On Saturday 10th May the Jesmond Choral singers will be performing Brahms’ Requiem, and on Monday 12th May The Priory Group and Jesmond Choral Singers will perform Mozart’s Requiem as part of the Jesmond Community Festival. Reporter Amy Bolton went to St Hilda’s Church to talk to conductor Jonathon Scott about both events.

Jesmond Choral Group will be performing at St Gabriel’s Church, St Gabriel’s Avenue, Heaton on May 10th at 7:30pm, and St Hilda’s Church, Thornleigh Road on May 12th at 7:30pm.
