Feted by the Guardian as “one of the hottest comedy tickets in the north east”, improv comedy group The Suggestibles return this Saturday to The Mixer, the Jesmond venue they helped launch earlier this year.

While the Cumberland Arms in Ouseburn remains the group’s base, the Suggestibles are lending their support to the Royal British Legion’s efforts to revamp their upstairs function room on West Jesmond Avenue into a fringe venue for comedy, theatre and music.
