Underpasses on rather strategic routes to the city centre were flooded. Not just knee-deep but chest-height! The amount of water was staggering! I spent some time there on Friday morning talking to people about alternative routes.

As it’s such a popular route with people on foot and bike, I wished the authorities had put up some signs for diversion routes.
